HDMI® connections have the disadvantage that their plugs are not secured against them slipping out.The plugs themselves do not provide automatic locking and the plug´s position in the socket is not secure so that any tension applied accidentally may in the worst case result in the signal being interrupted. The patented Pure LOCK! system is a universal retainer that may be used on all HDMI® plugs and cables available on the market. The Pure Lock! retainer is pulled over the HDMI® plug, the screw located above the HDMI® socket is removed and then screwed instead into the Pure Lock! retainer. Signal interruptions caused by plugs slipping out are now a thing of the past.
