As a 2-in-1 adapter, it can transmit as well as receive - both with the Bluetooth® 5.1 standard and backwards compatible.

Switching between transmit and receive mode is possible with a toggle switch. Pair the Oehlbach BTR Evolution 5.1 with two devices and enjoy double CD quality with aptX HD. With low latency function and a delay of less than 40 milliseconds, you will not notice anything from the wireless transmission and can enjoy music and other sounds to the fullest simply as with an Oehlbach cable connection.

This sounds good at home and looks good in any home with a noble, high-quality design in two colours.

Receiver mode

The BTR Evolution 5.1 receives music and other sounds from up to two Bluetooth-enabled devices and outputs them via a playback device using a jack or Toslink cable, for example.

Dual pairing allows you to connect up to two independent devices (for example, laptop and smartphone) to the BTR Evolution 5.1 simultaneously and switch between them instantly.

Transmitter mode

The BTR Evolution 5.1 receives music and other sounds via jack or Toslink cable, for example from your PC or hi-fi system, and outputs them via Bluetooth to playback devices.

Dual pairing allows you to connect up to two independent devices (e.g. Bluetooth speakers and Bluetooth headphones) to the BTR Evolution 5.1 and play music or other sounds simultaneously.
